Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with automation focus
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
- Ability to relocate to Fort Wayne with assistance
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
- Valid US driver's license
