Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
- Optimize ML pipelines for scalability and performance using cloud technologies.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Valid US work authorization and willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
