Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and model evaluation to improve performance and accuracy.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in ML engineering.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, data structures, and algorithm design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
