Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse activities.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and records.
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee the loading and unloading process to ensure cargo safety and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Strong working knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
