Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations across 3PL partners and in-house teams
- Implement process improvements to reduce transportation costs by 15%+
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with carriers
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and advanced analytics tools
- Lead cross-functional projects for warehouse and transportation optimization
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA and OSHA regulations
- Mentor junior staff and develop team performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive logistics experience with 3PL or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Transportation Management and WMS systems
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated success in cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
