Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and security protocols
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid IT environments with 99.9% uptime
- Lead system migrations and disaster recovery initiatives for 500+ user environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DevOps automation using CI/CD pipelines
- Provide tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security standards
- Optimize IT budgets and vendor management for cost efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certified in CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent
- Proven experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell) and automation tools
- Strong background in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
