Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-level cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments, threat mitigation, and compliance frameworks
- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
- Develop automation solutions using Python/PowerShell for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT strategy and digital transformation projects
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance on complex issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in systems administration with enterprise infrastructure experience
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, and hybrid cloud environments
- Certifications in CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure, or Microsoft 365 preferred
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal supervision
