Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and VPN environments.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot advanced hardware and software issues.
- Manage and secure server environments (Windows Server, Linux) and database administration.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
