Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure across hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime availability.
- Oversee security protocols, patch management, and compliance standards to protect organizational assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable software solutions and optimize workflows.
- Conduct regular system audits, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentor junior system administrators.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Network Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or CCNP preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
