Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and compliance frameworks
- Manage hybrid IT environments supporting 500+ endpoints across multiple locations
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell to optimize system performance
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff through knowledge sharing sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document system architecture and create disaster recovery protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration with cloud platforms
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and network security protocols
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with ITIL frameworks and change management processes
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation abilities
