Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO)
- Provide tier-3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior IT staff and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT administration with enterprise system experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and threat mitigation
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure, CCNA)
