Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure systems
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networks
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and incident response protocols

- Provide Tier-3 technical support and system optimization
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred
