Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution
- Document IT processes and maintain technical documentation
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct system training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) preferred
