Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex server/network infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Oversee cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems integration
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Manage IT operations, including backups, disaster recovery, and vendor coordination
- Mentor junior IT staff and optimize system performance
- Document processes and create technical SOPs
- Respond to critical incidents with 24/7 on-call rotation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT systems administration with 3+ years in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and cloud networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Certified, or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) and automation experience
- Proven incident management and compliance documentation
- Visa sponsorship eligibility required (H1B/OPT/EAD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
