Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend hours.
- Manage and maintain on-site server infrastructure and IT assets to ensure 100% uptime.
- Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct routine system backups, patch management, and security audits.
- Collaborate with the week-day IT team to ensure seamless transition of support responsibilities.
- Mentor junior staff and document technical procedures for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional IT Support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN configurations.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rotations.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
