- Lead remote and on-site technical support across 50+ devices per day
- Develop and implement cybersecurity protocols to protect client data
- Train non-technical staff on technology best practices
- Optimize network performance and cloud infrastructure
- Create detailed technical documentation and incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience (degree not required)
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, Azure, and Active Directory
