Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for 200+ employees
- Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure environments
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with vendors to source and implement new technologies
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
