Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure systems including cloud solutions and network architecture
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response protocols
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans ensuring business continuity
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with infrastructure administration
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, CISSP, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and documentation skills
- Authorized to work in the US or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Experience with ITIL processes and project management methodologies
