Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure including cloud systems and network architecture
- Lead cybersecurity protocols and incident response protocols to protect company data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee IT procurement processes
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization technologies
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for government contracts
