Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and infrastructure systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in a cloud-native environment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions for production incidents.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Engineering or System Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a US work visa sponsorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
