Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers and engineers.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug complex issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT engineering, software development, or system administration.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo the Visa Sponsorship process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
