Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to improve code quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible schedule environment.
- Current work authorization or eligibility to receive visa sponsorship.
