Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems efficiently.
- Perform comprehensive system diagnostics and troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform seasonal tune-ups to ensure system longevity.
- Interact professionally with clients to explain technical issues, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies for job sites to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (College degree not required).
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC repair.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or adverse weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and electrical systems.
