Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance LLM architectures tailored for complex enterprise use cases.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of model training, fine-tuning, and optimization (PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
- Collaborate with data scientists and product engineers to integrate generative models into production pipelines.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and safety (RLHF, Red Teaming).
- Research and prototype novel techniques in multimodal AI and agent-based systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the AI squad.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience deploying models via Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
