Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying AI-driven automation solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation sprints to validate future-facing use cases
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services

- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
