Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026+ horizon) across AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Identify and build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (preferred)
