Responsibilities

- Develop future-focused strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with long-term market predictions
- Deliver thought leadership through keynote presentations, whitepapers, and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic foresight objectives
- Manage stakeholder communications to align leadership on future-vision priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field required
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
