Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for board-level decision-making
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation processes
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready organizational strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
