Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems to inform client roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
- Secure speaking engagements at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent credential preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
