Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align innovation priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience with Delphi method, causal layered analysis, or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
