Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-state scenarios
- Produce whitepapers and predictive models on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and neurotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate forward-looking insights into R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future-state scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing applications, or biotech integration
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
