Responsibilities

- Drive AI/quantum computing integration in organizational strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
