Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop scenario-planning models using predictive analytics and quantum computing simulations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms (post-digital economies, sentient systems)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and human-machine symbiosis
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots for 2026+ competitive landscapes
- Maintain a dynamic foresight database tracking exponential technology convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published research on societal impact of emerging technologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
