Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model future market conditions and identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and presentations for industry stakeholders
- Design adaptive governance structures for rapid response to emerging geopolitical and environmental shifts
- Mentor innovation teams in systemic thinking and anticipatory leadership methodologies
- Establish KPIs to track foresight maturity and strategic execution effectiveness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with cross-industry foresight initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) strongly preferred
