- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product and operational domains
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author quarterly foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with documented 5-year+ foresight work
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or Engineering
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
