Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into market-ready innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry talks, and media engagements
- Manage a global team of futurists and innovation analysts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic innovation work
