Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with demonstrable 5+ year horizon work

- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing published futures research or executed strategic initiatives with 5+ year impact

- Proven ability to translate complex futures into operational roadmaps with measurable KPIs
