Responsibilities
- Architect strategic foresight frameworks for 2026's technological landscape
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing AI-human integration protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging quantum and biotech disruptions
- Present executive-level briefings on paradigm-shifting technologies
- Design ethical governance models for autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-era investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on quantum/AI convergence (IEEE, Nature)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite experience
