Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in moonshot projects
- Develop predictive models for societal and technological disruptions using proprietary foresight tools
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for 2026 R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
