- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for multi-generational market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Design and execute innovation pipelines that translate future trends into actionable business initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists in advanced trend synthesis methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field required
