Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems in partnership with C-suite executives
- Conduct scenario planning workshops to model future market disruptions and opportunities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on industry transformation
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Advise stakeholders on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or innovation frameworks
