Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce actionable trend reports and innovation roadmaps for product development teams
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence organizational decision-making

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of successfully predicting and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
