Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation domains
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for organizational innovation initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for potential futures and risk mitigation strategies
- Present insights to executive teams and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigms
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategic frameworks
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation spaces
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
