- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions addressing future market gaps and customer needs
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts to inform strategic decision-making
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies, product roadmaps, and investment recommendations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success in presenting complex concepts to C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work, trend reports, or strategic frameworks impacting business decisions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
