Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for alternative futures
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with future market demands
- Advise leadership on disruptive threats and first-mover advantages in key sectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational change
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
