Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market disruption potential
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Build predictive models for societal and industrial transformation vectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate future-oriented thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, nanotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
