Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and executive presentations translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish and nurture partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Architect the innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market evolution
- Mentor junior futurists and drive a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
