Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify 3-5 year opportunities
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Present strategic insights to the Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (minimum 5 articles)
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
