Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend radar, translating insights into strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateTomorrow as the future's architect
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating speculative trends into commercialized products or services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
