Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and geopolitical domains
- Develop and publish future scenario reports for 2026+ strategic planning
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons with cross-functional teams
- Design and manage a portfolio of experimental innovation projects
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
- Mentor junior researchers and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience managing teams and fostering collaborative innovation ecosystems
